Documentation Access Management helps control who has access to which documentation or hubs.
Available from the settings of your documentation or hubs, Access Management offers 3 different access levels :
Public: Anyone can view your documentation.
Protected: Password is required to access to your documentation.
Private: Access is limited to authenticated users from your Organization.
With this refinement, access control is more specific. You can choose to keep a documentation or a hub within your organization, or share it with a limited number of people within or out of your team.
